Request for Proposals
For ongoing service contracts, WorkSource Cobb/CobbWorks will utilize a formal procurement process to obtain bids. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued by WorkSource Cobb/CobbWorks to solicit bids for services. Vendors will be given clear deadlines for submissions. A scoring and evaluation will be completed for all bids. The President/CEO or a committee designated by the President/CEO will pre-award grants based on the results of the scoring and evaluation. All contract awards will be approved by the designated board committee or council (if applicable), the President/CEO, and the full WorkSource Cobb/CobbWorks, Inc. board of Directors and the CCWDB as applicable.

To support expanded work readiness, Cobb Works seeks to provide intensive, engaging, and meaningful career readiness workshops to increase the work readiness skills of participants.
