Incumbent Worker Program
If you are looking to remain competitive and improve your employees' skills, Incumbent Worker Training could provide classroom or work-based training your company needs.

If you have difficulty attracting and retaining employees with the needed skills to perform in a specific position, On-the-Job Training (OJT) can offer an alternative solution. OJT allows you to hire an individual with the right potential but not the skill set by reimbursing 50 percent of the employee’s salary during a designated period while the employee receives training.
