Through comprehensive construction skills training, leadership development, community service projects, personalized career coaching, and supportive services, participants gain the tools, confidence, and experience necessary to thrive in today's workforce.
Upon successful completion, participants are positioned for apprenticeship placement, employment opportunities, or military enlistment, creating multiple pathways to long-term career success and economic mobility.

WHO
Who Can Participate?
LevelUp is designed for young adults, ages 16-24 who are:
- Interested in learning skilled trades and workforce skills
- Seeking employment, apprenticeship, or career training opportunities
- Looking to earn a GED or high school diploma while preparing for a career
- Lack prior experience in skilled trades
WHAT
What Does Level Up Offer?
Participants receive access to:
Occupational Skills Training in construction and skilled trades
GED and High School Completion Support with additional tutoring services
Leadership Development Activities
Community Service and Service Learning Projects
Career Exploration and Professional Development
Introduction to Drone
Industry-Recognized Credentials, including:
- NCCER Certifications
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Utility Flagger Certification
Level Up combines classroom instruction, hands-on learning, work-based experiences, and personal development to prepare participants for success.

Training and service-learning activities may also occur at employer, apprenticeship, educational, and community partner locations throughout Cobb County.
WHEN
When Can I Enroll?
Level Up enrolls participants everyday! Complete an interest form or stop by one of our offices to complete an application.
Program orientations are held EVERY Monday (click the link here) and interested applicants are encouraged to complete an application and attend an orientation to learn more about eligibility requirements and available career pathways.
